All carbon parts are ceramic coated prior to shipping using Dr. Beasley's Nano Resin Kit to prevent fading, etching, and staining.
New and exciting products are released regularly and we don't want you to feel locked down. Send your previously purchased carbon parts back for a credit.
This applies to any carbon part that was previously purchased from Gates Innovations. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a Trade Up Credit. Upon receiving photos, we'll provide a Credit Offer via email that the customer can accept or decline. If the offer is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided. Once we receive the part, we'll inspect the item to confirm there is no major damage. The part is then refurbished and resold on the 'Gates Innovations Used Parts Bin' page for the original offer amount to the customer.
We know things happen and we're happy to offer replacement plans for front lips and rear diffusers.
We will be offering 1 year, 1 time use, non-transferrable replacement plans on front lips, side skirts, and rear diffusers. Due to the nature of how our store operates, there may be a delay of up to 1 month if the item is not in stock. If the item has been discontinued, we'll be happy to replace it with an available similar product.
Please reach out to email@example.com to initiate a replacement request. We will request that a photo of the damage be emailed over to us. If replacement is approved, a specific portion of the part being replaced is required to be sent back as it houses an embedded RFID chip that’s tied to the original part order. Purchasing a product through our web store requires account creation, thus allowing us to confirm eligibility.

Products need to be in brand new condition, never installed, and with the 3M tape backing in tact. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request for an RMA.
